  • 3 medium-sized beetroots
  • 200g feta cheese
  • 2 oranges
  • 1 small red onion
  • A handful of walnuts

  • 2 tablespoons orange juice

Мethod of preparation

Start by preheating your oven to 200°C (390°F). Peel the beetroots and cut them into wedges. Toss them with a tablespoon of olive oil and a pinch of salt, then spread them on a baking sheet. Roast for about 25-30 minutes until tender and slightly caramelized.
