Ingredients

  • 1 pizza dough base
  • 150g burrata cheese
  • 2 cups kale, roughly chopped
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
  • Parmesan shavings for garnish

Мethod of preparation

Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F) and place a pizza stone inside. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Spread olive oil evenly over the base, then scatter the minced garlic on top. Lightly massage the chopped kale with a drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of salt to soften it, then distribute it over the pizza base. Tear the burrata into pieces and place evenly on top of the kale. Sprinkle orange and lemon zest over the pizza, followed by chili flakes for an optional hint of heat. Gently transfer the pizza onto the hot pizza stone and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the burrata has melted. Once out of the oven, season with freshly ground black pepper and add a few Parmesan shavings. Slice, serve, and relish the delightful combination of creamy, tangy, and fresh flavors.
